Datuk Chareon Sae Tang 拿督陈怀安 P.J.N, K.M.N

Datuk Tang is the founder of the firm and has been in practice for more than 40 years.

Datuk Tang provides strategic advice to corporate clients on a wide range of legal matter including foreign investment and cross borders joint venture agreements. Datuk Tang also advised and lead negotiation teams for local and foreign clients extensively on the corporate strategy of take over, mergers and acquisitions and other regulatory compliance matters.

Datuk Tang speaks and writes the Chinese Language well and advised many Chinese corporate and individuals on foreign direct investment in Malaysia including amongst other electronics manufacturing plant, and re-establishment and incorporation of local branch of Chinese commercial bank.

Datuk Tang served as Deputy President of The Kuala Lumpur & Selangor Chamber of Commerce & Industries Malaysia (KLSCCCI) and Assistant Treasurer and National central council member of the Associated Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM)  from 2012 - 2015 .

Datuk Tang sits on the board of a few public listed companies in Bursa Malaysia.  He is currently also the Adviser to KLSCCCI and Legal Adviser, the Teochew Association of Selangor and Tung Shin Hospital Kuala Lumpur.

Tang Yee Ling 陈仪玲

Ms. Tang was admitted to the bar in 1993. She has diverse experience in different areas of legal practice.

Ms. Tang advises banks and other financial institutions on the whole range of banking transactions and legal issues including advising structuring and documenting corporate and commercial loans, secured and unsecured lending and other general banking matters. She also advises financial institution and corporate clients on regulatory authorities compliance requirement.

Ms. Tang also has extensive experience in conveyancing and commercial matters and advises on cross borders joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, constructions contracts, venture capital investments and other ongoing corporate and commercial matters. She speaks and writes the Chinese Language well.

She was admitted as partner of the firm on 1st December, 2004.

Candice Ti Soo Ling 陈素琳

Ms. Ti handles real estate transactions including project development, property financing, mall tenancies, and acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential properties and related banking documentation. In addition, Ms Ti has a general litigation background in banking and general litigation and she is also involved in the area of will trust probate and administration and family matters such as divorce.

Ms. Ti speaks and writes the Chinese Language well.

Tan XiuYing 陈秀瑩

Ms. Tan’s area of practise is in civil and commercial litigation matters. She has particular in depth knowledge and practical experience in contentious litigation in multiple areas.  Her extensive experience ranges from contractual disputes, bankruptcy and winding up, employment and labour dispute, property related litigation to debt recovery, construction disputes as well as tort cases. She also handles succession matters as well as family law matters.

Ms. Tan speaks and writes the Chinese Language well.

Law Hui Hui 刘慧慧

Ms. Law is involved in real estate transactions including property development projects, property financing and general conveyancing matters. Besides handling general corporate matters like join venture and shareholders agreement, Ms. Law ‘s area of practice also extends to trade market related matters by providing legal advice on the usage protection and enforcement of trade marks. She deals with trade mark searches, trade mark registration and renewals as well as trade mark hearings. She has also assisted clients in obtaining trade mark in other commonwealth countries.  In addition she is also in involved in reviewing and drafting IT agreements relating to software development, service level agreements and privacy policies as well as terms of use for e-commerce sites.
